The website presents projects, experience, and demonstration software. Its content is provided for general information and evaluation. It is not legal, financial, security, or other professional advice, and it does not create an employment, consulting, or other contractual relationship by itself.

Testing Lab applications are simulations. Demo accounts, subscriptions, purchases, comments, payment outcomes, and Article Studio publications do not create real accounts, orders, charges, subscriptions, or public publications. No goods or services are sold through the current demos.

Demo state is stored locally in your browser so test scenarios can be repeated. You may edit, reset, or remove that state using the provided controls or your browser settings.

You may browse the portfolio and use the Testing Lab for reasonable learning, evaluation, manual testing, and automation practice. You must not:

• use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity;
• introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the website, its host, or another service;
• generate excessive traffic or run tests in a way that unreasonably degrades availability for others;
• impersonate another person or submit material that violates privacy, intellectual-property, or other rights; or
• misrepresent a demo result as a real transaction, account, or publication.

Unless a separate license or attribution states otherwise, the site's original design, text, graphics, and software are owned by or licensed to Zakir Mustafa Kemal Kalayci and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Viewing the site does not transfer ownership or grant a right to reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit its content.

Source code published in a linked repository is governed by the license, if any, in that repository. Third-party product names, logos, libraries, and content remain subject to their respective owners' rights and terms.

The website relies on hosting infrastructure and may link to third-party websites such as GitHub, LinkedIn, and Google services. External links are supplied for convenience and do not by themselves mean endorsement. Once you leave this site, the third party's terms and policies apply.

Reasonable care is taken when maintaining the website, but uninterrupted availability, compatibility, completeness, and error-free operation are not guaranteed. Portfolio information and demos may be corrected, changed, reset, suspended, or removed without notice. You are responsible for keeping copies of any test content you want to retain.

You use the site and its demos at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for losses caused by reliance on demo behavior, loss of browser-local test data, third-party services, or use outside the intended testing and portfolio purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion is prohibited by law, including applicable liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or mandatory consumer rights.

The Privacy Policy explains local browser storage, hosting-related technical data, contact information, retention, and privacy rights. It forms an important part of understanding how this website operates.

These terms may be revised to reflect changes to the website, its demos, third-party services, or applicable requirements. The date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their stated effective date.
