Simurg AeroAssist is a multimodal passenger assistant for an airport terminal. A passenger can photograph a sign, speak a question, or type one, and it answers with step-free walking directions from a fixed airport knowledge base. Every answer is assembled from stored records by templates rather than generated, so it cannot invent a gate number.
